Parking is a reasonable $20 per day, covered, and just an elevator ride to the lobby. Parked our car for a week while we took Amtrak to New Orleans and gave us peace of mind that it was safe. Our room on our second stay was a corner room on the 7th floor with a great sunset view. If you are taking Amtrak, the station is, literally, 2 blocks away.

The location is convenient. We called for extra towels and not more than 4 minutes later, staff came with towels. Eventhough it was in a loud downtown spot, we did not hear any noise when we were in the room. Very well soundproofed. Clean, comfortable.

The location was ideal for our purpose. Easy access to everything downtown has to offer and close enough to walk to 4th Avenue.
